Event Operation Executives
Location: Ho Chi Minh City.
Salary: 6,000,000 - 9,000,000.

Advise Sales on location, organization, strengths and weaknesses at the site
Plan the cost estimate for the sale
Ideas to decorate each party
Survey the party venue
Set up a list of equipment and tools
Planning personnel for the party
Collect information from sales department
Actively contact the parties to prepare the party
Notify Admin about any problems that occur before the party
Set up and coordinate party staff
Work directly with customers and all problems arising in the party
Make sure all events are successful
Sales report about the party
Report to Admin about equipment and drinking water remaining or unused.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and with a high sense of responsibility.
- Experience working in Restaurants, Hotels and Wedding Conference Center is an advantage.
- Salary will be discussed directly during the interview
- Think 8 days/month. Have a week off, Equip with uniforms and tools, working support tools. Enjoy meal allowance in shift, Bonus.
